Along with our Professional Pest Inspection partners, DJ Russell & Son have the experience and knowledge to provide you with a fully detailed visual appraisal of the condition of a property highlighting existing defects or areas of concern.

We have used DJ Russell and Son twice now for building and pest inspections. The first one ended up saving us hundreds of thousands of dollars as we were able to withdraw from our contract on the house! We used Damion and team for a 1 year property inspection on our new house. We found them to be very informative, prompt and they did a great job for us. Damion did a thorough and detailed inspection and the report was very professionally done with attention to minute details with full explanations and suggested remedies.They truly went above and beyond.
